Senior Project Manager

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project management and operational support services for a federal client within the energy sector. This role will serve as the primary interface with the government, overseeing planning, coordination, execution, and reporting across multiple technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact with federal stakeholders
Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
Oversee performance against contract deliverables and KPIs
Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and briefings
Manage cross-functional coordination between internal teams and client personnel
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and GSA standards
Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
8-12 years of project management experience
Experience supporting federal government contracts (DOE preferred)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
Experience with energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
Prior experience with GSA MAS contracts

Ability to operate independently in a federal environment
