In this key role, you will lead and support the design of bespoke heavy industrial equipment used across global plant operations, working closely with engineers, designers, vendors, and project teams. You will mentor junior engineers, oversee equipment specifications and design improvements, whilst supporting commissioning activities at customer sites. This role has up to 30% travel, with rare international travel up to 2 weeks at a time.

The Role:
- Lead and support the design of bespoke heavy industrial equipment used across global plant operations

The Person:
- Mechanical Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Project Engineer
- Experience with any of the following: heavy equipment, pressure vessels, thermal expansion, refractory systems, heavy industrial equipment, heat exchangers, or similar
- Looking to play a lead role at an ever-expanding business on specialist projects
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
