Are you a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with project management experience, looking to step into a leadership role where you can build and develop your own team while managing key client relationships?

In this role, you will take ownership of a team of engineers and designers, leading project delivery while mentoring and developing the next generation of talent. You will play a key role in shaping both projects and people, with real influence over team direction and client outcomes.

You will oversee multiple large-scale civil projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for commercial and municipal clients, you will build long-term relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

This role would suit a licensed PE with experience managing medium to large-scale civil projects, strong client-facing skills, and the ambition to step into a leadership position within a growing and forward-thinking organization.

The Role:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale civil infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee and mentor a team of eight engineers and designers, supporting professional development and team growth.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The Person:

• Licensed PE (Civil Engineer) with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and extensive project management experience.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Office in Baxter – Full relocation provided
