The Role:
- Act as the corporate technical authority for metallurgy, alloys, and materials processing
- Support 10 divisions with technical problem-solving and process improvements
- Lead alloy development, materials testing, and product innovation initiatives
- Review customer specifications and support development of new materials and grades
The Person:
- Background in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Metals Manufacturing
- Experience working with specialty alloys
- Strong technical expertise with a desire to progress into leadership
