We are hiring a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a growing compounding pharmacy serving patients across the DFW area. This is an on-site position in a high-quality, ISO-certified cleanroom environment with industry-leading standards.

What You Will Do
- Prepare sterile compounded medications under USP <797> and <800> guidelines
- Follow aseptic technique and full cleanroom gowning procedures
- Weigh, mix, and measure ingredients with precision and accuracy
- Complete batch records, sanitation logs, and equipment documentation
- Support pharmacists during quality checks, preparation, and final verification
- Partner with operations and inventory teams to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
- Sterile compounding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to work in full cleanroom PPE for extended periods
- Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow
