As a Groundskeeper at LINK, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and attractive community for our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of the property while working closely with the maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive living experience for residents.

What You'll Do
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds
- Pick up litter and debris throughout the property
- Sweep, blow, and pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
- Assist with landscaping duties including weeding, mulching, trimming shrubs, and watering plants as needed
- Ensure community amenities, common areas, and outdoor spaces remain clean and presentable
- Assist with apartment turns by removing trash and preparing units for new residents
- Monitor and report any maintenance, safety, or property concerns to the management team
- Assist the maintenance team with general tasks and special projects as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines
- Support snow removal and ice treatment efforts when applicable
- Perform other related duties as assigned
About You
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or property maintenance experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and attractive community
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to residents
