Responsibilities:
- Oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and closeout documentation from project award through completion.
- Participate in owner-architect-contractor meetings and support overall project coordination.
- Review, update, and help maintain CPM schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
- Act as a liaison between field teams, design professionals, and ownership groups.
- Assist in tracking and managing project budgets.
- Support estimating efforts and preparation of bid packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally within commercial construction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with attention to safety and quality.
- Experience with project management software and document control platforms preferred.
- Hawaii-based candidate with a valid drivers license.
