About Link Creative
Link Creative is a Chicago-based digital marketing and growth agency specializing in content production, paid media, social channel management, and brand development. We partner with a diverse range of clients across hospitality, retail, professional services, and emerging brands to create high-impact, performance-driven content.
We’re building an in-house production ecosystem and are looking for a Production Coordinator to support and execute high-volume, high-quality content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production Execution
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing video and photo shoots (on-site and in-studio)
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
- Support production logistics including setup, breakdown, and asset organization
- Video Editing (Short Long Form)
- Edit short-form content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Assist in editing long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and branded videos
- Apply color correction, sound balancing, captions, and platform-specific formatting
- Post-Production & Asset Management
- Organize and manage raw and edited media files across projects
- Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with client timelines and internal schedules
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Creative Support
- Assist in concept execution and creative direction during shoots
- Contribute to content ideation and format development
- Support graphic design needs when required (thumbnails, social graphics, overlays)
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Managers, Social Coordinators, and Creative Leads
- Communicate project status, timelines, and production needs effectively
- Support multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 3–4 years minimum experience in video/photo production and editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus)
- Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting/audio setups
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Experience working in an agency or in-house creative environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Must be based in Chicago and available for in-person shoots
