Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technology sales, with a focus on developing "new business"
opportunities. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Prospect on a daily/weekly basis to set up customer meetings to present Link's "Managed Services Portfolio." Must achieve minimum daily and weekly prospecting activity
- Participate in team meetings and activities to drive new business
- Support marketing efforts of the Managed Services Team
- Generate proposals and close business to achieve an assigned MRR (monthly recurring revenue) Quota
- Coordinate with the Network Service Team/VP for custom quotes or project services quotes
- Document all sales activities and documents in the CRM system
- Meet weekly with your "Sales Manager" to review activity, pipeline and other sales issues
- Travel in the assigned sales territory, as required
- Transition customers to an "Account Manager" after the initial contracts are consummated
- Engage "Inside Sales" or the assigned "Account Manager" for any hardware opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with technology sales processes and account management best practices.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance data.

Base Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
