Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technology sales, with a focus on developing "new business"

opportunities. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

  • Prospect on a daily/weekly basis to set up customer meetings to present Link's "Managed Services Portfolio." Must achieve minimum daily and weekly prospecting activity
  • Participate in team meetings and activities to drive new business
  • Support marketing efforts of the Managed Services Team
  • Generate proposals and close business to achieve an assigned MRR (monthly recurring revenue) Quota
  • Coordinate with the Network Service Team/VP for custom quotes or project services quotes
  • Document all sales activities and documents in the CRM system
  • Meet weekly with your "Sales Manager" to review activity, pipeline and other sales issues
  • Travel in the assigned sales territory, as required
  • Transition customers to an "Account Manager" after the initial contracts are consummated
  • Engage "Inside Sales" or the assigned "Account Manager" for any hardware opportunities

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development and B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Familiarity with technology sales processes and account management best practices.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance data.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
