Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Associate Attorney to join our immigration team. No prior experience is required. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly motivated, capable of managing cases responsibly, and can handle client consultations professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing client consultations via phone, email, or in-person to assess case needs and gather information.
- Assist in managing immigration cases, including preparing petitions, supporting documents, and client communications.
- Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case files.
- Participate in client meetings, discovery, and case preparation under guidance from senior attorneys.
- Maintain compliance with all firm policies, deadlines, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
- Juris Doctor degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mandarin fluency required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in immigration law.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining legal processes clearly.
