We are seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal representation in a variety of immigration matters and working closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure excellent client service.
Job Description
- Provide high-quality legal representation to clients before the immigration court, USCIS, and other immigration agencies.
- Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, ensuring thorough preparation for hearings, interviews, filings, and related proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare immigration applications, petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive and efficient legal services.
Qualifications
- Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Must).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
