Overview
We are seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk professional to support day-to-day shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory handling activities. This role is fully onsite and requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of shipping experience, with experience using FedEx and UPS shipping portals strongly preferred.
Duties

Perform a variety of warehouse shipping and receiving tasks.

Label, pack, and load items for shipment according to established specifications.

Prepare shipments using FedEx, UPS, and third-party shipping software.

Unload delivery vehicles and move received items to the appropriate areas.

Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify items and quantities against freight bills or other records.

Document discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate records of items received and shipped.

Use basic computer applications, including email, internet, and Excel, to support shipping and receiving activities.

Operate a pallet jack to move materials as needed.

Follow established safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Work under direct supervision while handling routine issues and escalating more complex problems to higher-level staff.
Required Skills

Reliable availability during the 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift, including coverage through late-afternoon FedEx pickup times.
