This cross-functional role supports both the IT security and help desk teams, combining end-user support with security operations, incident management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Respond to, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets in accordance with established service levels.
- Assist with documenting, tracking, and managing security incidents and identified vulnerabilities.
- Perform network monitoring and generate reports to identify potential performance or security concerns.
- Support information security initiatives by following established policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve technical and security-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, incidents, and remediation efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Work independently to manage assigned tasks while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- 2 years of experience providing information security support in an enterprise IT environment.
- 2 years of experience providing help desk or technical support services.
- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Windows Server and Windows workstation operating systems.
- Experience using and supporting Microsoft 365 (O365) products and services.
- Experience working with incident reporting, incident management, and IT support ticketing systems.
- Experience using network and computer security testing and assessment tools.
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting security logs and system reports.
- Experience working with Tenable and Splunk for vulnerability management, monitoring, and security analysis.
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or current industry-recognized IT certifications.
