Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator will oversee the coordination and management of our client's enterprise data program. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a background in program/project management. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing management of our client's enterprise data initiatives, facilitating collaboration among team members, and maintaining program timelines and deliverables.
Duties:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the enterprise data program.
- Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements are met.
- Collaborate with master data analysts and enterprise data stewards to develop and implement data management strategies.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of data infrastructure and tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate program meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Ensure program documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Monitor processes to ensure program deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project).
- 5 years of experience with Program Coordination/Management, Enterprise Data Management
- 5 years of advanced presentation skills, and demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- 5 years of experience functioning and navigating in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or similar program management certification is a plus.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
