In this role you will provide multi-faceted support that assists with the day-to-day gathering and analysis of data and applications used by our field operations, creating and managing reporting that assists with providing actional data, and assessing feedback and needs of the field operations team to digitize and create efficiencies in processes. You will also assist the VP Operations Support in driving company initiatives and being an effective business partner.

In this role you will provide multi-faceted support that assists with the day-to-day gathering and analysis of data and applications used by our field operations, creating and managing reporting that assists with providing actional data, and assessing feedback and needs of the field operations team to digitize and create efficiencies in processes. What You'll Do
- Subject Matter Expert for gathering and analyzing data from our field operations
- Training of field employees in the use of applications that collect data from our field operations
- Assist in any trouble shooting of issues that field operations report with the applications
- Assist end users with mobile device issues used for field applications.
- Collect feedback and assess for optimization of applications used by our field operations
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Create and maintain reports through PowerBI tools
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Track progress of projects against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Assists with Internal Control Processes and External Audits
- Update and document business processes within the applications to help the end user
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
- 5 years of experience as a data analyst
- PowerBI Experience Required
- Experience with reporting tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Must be able to communicate in a professional, business-like manner (using clear and precise language)
- Expected field visits to support end users
- Quality Management with continuous improvement focus
- Previous work in construction/heavy industrial desired but not required
