JOB TITLE: Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Litigation Manager
LOCATION: Dallas Office
Position Overview: Supervisor – Litigation Department (Dallas Office)
The primary purpose of this role is to support departmental goals by supervising staff and overseeing daily workflows. This position reports directly to the Litigation Manager and has a key role in ensuring efficiency and accuracy within the Dallas Office’s litigation operations.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities (both written and verbal), and a professional demeanor. This role requires frequent interaction with internal staff, attorneys, court personnel, private process servers, and the sheriff’s department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and organize team workflows to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Identify department training and development needs and communicate those to the Litigation Manager.
- Oversee the Discovery process and Condemnation case management.
- Ensure adherence to paperless processing procedures.
- Keep the Litigation Manager informed of ongoing issues or concerns.
- Prepare performance documentation and gather supporting materials for review by the Litigation Manager.
- Document and escalate employee complaints to the Litigation Manager for resolution.
- Serve as a point of contact for court personnel and clients when necessary.
- Assist the Litigation Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
- Effectively communicate company goals, policies, procedures, and deadlines to staff.
- Assist in resolving escalated calls and inquiries within the department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Describe the physical demands & work environment:
The position requires sitting at a computer desk and requires standing, bending, copying, and filing documents. This position may also require lifting files or boxes not to exceed 10lbs.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required:
1. – excellent computer skills are necessary including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Oracle, E-file System, and Web Center Content.
2. Organization – the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and complete them within the stated deadlines.
3. – strong written and verbal communication skills are required for this position. Must have the ability to communicate information to court personnel, the litigation management team, attorney/manager team, and employees within the stated deadlines/guidelines.
4. Discretion – the ability to keep any discussions with Management regarding the team or team members protected and confidential and to keep the Manager informed on potential personnel matters.
5. – the ability to organize and complete projects with minimal supervision; committed to creating a positive work environment by demonstrating respect to employees, attorneys/managers, clients, and court contacts; possess creativity with a collaborative attitude/spirit while maintaining a focus on the task at hand; remaining calm during a stressful situation; taking responsibility when a failure occurs and the ability to fulfill the visionof the Litigation Department while inspiring others to join the journey to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
