Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney, located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and handling litigation including court appearances. The Attorney will also engage in regular reporting to clients and working closely with government entities to support their accounts receivable recovery efforts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, specifically collection, tax and litigation work is beneficial
- Proven ability to provide Legal Advice, conduct Legal Research and handle a large volume of litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required
- Experience working with government entities is a plus
- Active member of the Bar in the state of Texas
