Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in San Antonio, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, civil litigation, and handling matters related to Texas Property Tax Law. The role includes advising government clients and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively as well as engaging in extensive client relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Civil Litigation Experience
- Strong ability to provide accurate Legal Advice
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough Legal Research
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admittance to and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
- Prior experience representing government entities is a plus
