Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst – Multifamily
Entry-level position – great for a recent college graduate or an analyst with 1–3 years of experience.
In office in Jenkintown, PA, 5 days per week.
We are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to build the financial models that drive our investment decisions. You will work directly with the CEO, who will provide hands-on mentorship and to whom you will report, gaining exposure to every stage of the acquisition process from initial underwriting through closing.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Produce and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus, primarily for multifamily real estate acquisitions
- Underwrite and analyze our top-position prospects
- Support the acquisition pipeline from sourcing through closing
- Manage due diligence on prospective acquisitions
- Prepare investment summaries and reporting directly for the CEO

Requirements
- Strong interest in multifamily and commercial real estate
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or 2 years experience in acquisitions
Bonus Points
- Experience with other asset classes (industrial, office, retail)
- Experience with Argus modelling
- Experience with discounted cash flow modelling
- Experience working onsite at an apartment property
