Lindsey Wilson University is seeking an energetic individual to assume landscaping/general grounds duties. Selected applicant must enjoy working with young adults, faculty and staff in a living/learning environment.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Uses tractor or various lawn mowers to cut grass areas
- Trims trees, hedges, and shrubs
- Operates small and medium size trucks and various lawn maintenance equipment
- Performs general grounds cleaning
- Administers chemicals for weed control and grass growth
- Sweeps walks and parking areas
- Maintains hoses, supplies, tools, and equipment in proper condition and repair
- Assists with snow and ice removal from sidewalks
- Assists in moving furniture and equipment
- Event Set-up
