Lindsey Aggregates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our quarry operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders, excavators, and dozers in a safe and productive manner while working alongside a team to meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate loaders, excavators, and dozers safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work with quarry personnel to maintain production and site operations
- Assist with general quarry duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience operating loaders, excavators, and dozers
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
