Role Description
We are seeking an Estimator for a full-time, on-site role located in Newberry, SC. This role will be responsible for overseeing and executing construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. This role entails managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, expediting project processes, overseeing inspections, and supervising logistics and resource allocation to achieve project goals efficiently. This role will require estimating experience with knowledge of estimating software.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and experience leading construction projects successfully.
- Strong skills in Expediting and expertise as an Expeditor to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee effective resource planning and supply chain coordination for projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and implement effective communication strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but can be replaced with 3 years of Estimating experience.
- Proficiency with construction project management software and tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and commitment to creating a secure work environment.
