Position Overview
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for short shifts to provide resident-centered care and support our nursing team. This position is 5 hours per shift, 3--5 shifts per week, with schedules assigned based on the needs of Linden Court. Please note, this position does not include benefits.
What You'll Do
Provide high-quality care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, mobility, and more
Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure excellent outcomes
Foster dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident
Maintain a positive, respectful team environment
Physical Requirements
Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly)
Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist
Remain on your feet and active for extended periods
See and hear well enough to perform vital care tasks
Qualifications
Current CNA certification
High personal integrity and professionalism
Caring attitude and positive presence
Commitment to teamwork and exceptional resident care
