Project Manager - Small On-Site

What you will enjoy doing* You will independently manages multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously Supports new plant proposals as required In addition you will recognize problems or situation that are new or without clear precedent Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance You will also know how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals Proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation. Able to analyze risk and future impact of decisions Monitors entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations You will coordinate all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget Identifies and mitigates risks associated with projects Manages and directs contractors during field installation Finally you will prepare detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan What makes you great You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline 15 or more years of experience in engineering or project management You will have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time Experience in Field Construction Management Additionally you will have an understanding of construction contracting and contracts management Understanding of construction and commissioning safety Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants is a plus Finally if you have a PMP certification that is a plus Why you will love working with us Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
