SALARY: $116,646.00-$127,500.00/Year

What you will enjoy doing* (DUTIES)
- Prepare service proposals for healthcare facilities requiring medical gas system inspections to ensure compliance
- Manage customer service requests, including technical inquiries, emergency responses, site visits, equipment needs, and shutdown assistance
- Develop turnkey project proposals by compiling subcontractor quotes, labor costs, specifications, and related documentation
- Coordinate RFPs, purchase orders, subcontracts, and agreements with the contract’s administrator; Act as primary contact during Pre-construction, communicating work plans, progress updates, and final delivery
- Interpret project documents to create work plans for timely, on-budget procurement and execution
- Source and pre-qualify vendors, subcontractors, and specialized services such as offsite fabrication, rigging, and structural engineering; Maintain strong vendor relationships to build a qualified network of service providers
- Assess risk factors with the project team to ensure readiness
- Monitor supply chain scope variances and identify potential change orders early
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to price and submit changes in accordance with project controls.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position
- Managing projects involving excavation and manufacturing construction for field jobs, including building concrete oxygen tank pads, bollards, fences, and steel structures to support piping;
- Selecting pipeline materials such as copper, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, and calculating flow, pressure, velocity, and required diameter for industrial and medical applications;
- Performing flow versus pressure calculations of gases to determine supply source equipment, including compressors, pumps, and control devices such as regulators, economizers, safety valves, and shut-off valves;
- Working with cryogenic gases, bulk gas systems, medical gas distribution systems, and source equipment;
- Designing medical gas pipeline systems, routing pipes including Vacuum Jacketed pipelines, calculating diameters, creating isometric drawings, and selecting control equipment;
- Ensuring quality control at customer site installations and compliance with Building and Fire Codes, as well as standards for indoor and outdoor bulk and high-pressure gases;
- Applying theoretical and practical knowledge of material behavior under abnormal pressures (high or vacuum) and temperatures (high or cryogenic) to select construction materials, pipeline materials, and control equipment
