What you will enjoy doing*

• This role will coordinate and/or perform all internal and external audits to ensure compliance for the location as well as all customer, corporate quality and ISO registrar requirements
• You will maintain ISO/NADCAP/AS-9100 registrations and others, as applicable
• You will be leading a Quality Team in the Manchester Facility which will involve supervising quality personnel/technicians including training, direction, controlling work procedures, etc to meet objectives
• You will be responsible for implementing quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with engineering and product specifications
• As well as be expected to coordinate training schedules for quality programs and maintain training records
  
  

What Makes You Great

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical field as well as 5-10 years of experience working with quality tools and methodologies
• Any experience with quality systems, specifically ISO and AS is strongly preferred
• Leadership experience with direct reports is also strongly desired
• You will need to possess organizational skills with the ability to use resource materials to manage multiple projects as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
