Operations Technician

What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role, you will build and wire advanced electro‑mechanical industrial equipment, bringing complex systems to life with precision and craftsmanship
- You will test, verify, and document critical performance data to ensure every piece of equipment meets our high standards
- You will work hands-on with detailed assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and step‑by‑step work instructions to produce quality results
- You will operate a variety of machinery and tools essential to manufacturing top‑tier consumable products
- You will collaborate in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment where everyone contributes to shared success
- You will communicate effectively and thrive in a diverse, inclusive workplace built on respect and teamwork
- Also, you will take on additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the team and growing your skills along the way
- You have a High school diploma or equivalent is required while an associate degree or relevant manufacturing certification is preferred
- Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Also, you have the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings with confidence
- Proven capability to diagnose and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical machinery
- Comfortable performing basic computer tasks and navigating standard software
