Customer Solutions Specialist

What you will enjoy doing*
- This role will manage day-to-day customer service operations for the North Haven plant, serving as the main point of communication with customers
- You will need to collaborate with the plant to ensure timely and clear communication with customers regarding delivery timelines, parts in production, and other potential issues
- You will serve as a reliable single point of contact for the customer base for inquiries related to production, order management, and customer satisfaction
- This role will handle all aspects of house account management, ensuring accounts meet organizational performance and customer satisfaction goals
- You will also assist with driving the rollout and implementation of the Customer Information Management (CIM)/Case Management systems for all customers and plants, leveraging it for effective communication and transparency with customers.
- The ideal candidate will need a high School Diploma or GED required, associate’s degree or higher preferred
- You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated competence in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and handling complex initiatives
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to follow through on deliverables and manage deadlines efficiently
- Computer proficiency required, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Oracle systems and familiarity with Salesforce CRM software desired but not required
