Customer Service Support Administrator

Indianapolis, IN, United States | req28308 1st shift (8AM-4:30PM) Monday-Friday

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experience
  • Additionally, you will file, mail, and pull paperwork to assist with audits
  • You will use Oracle or other business software systems to assist Customer Service Reps, as well as be responsible for uploading electronic record keeping accordingly
  • You will finalize all paperwork after order is complete by tracking shipments to confirm and obtain proof of delivery
  • You will identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible representative
  • You will generate reports and use spreadsheets to support the product flow team when necessary
  • You will support Product Flow Manager and materials coordinator with Kanban system administration

What Makes You Great

  • High School Diploma with 3 years of customer services related experience, although associates degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Microsoft 365 programs with moderate to advanced proficiency
  • Strong proficiency in math, writing, spelling and vocabulary
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
