Engineering Manager

What you will enjoy doing*
- You have strong knowledge of global industrial and safety standards (UL, CE, NFPA) and experience designing equipment to meet internal and regulatory safety requirements
- Further, you have end‑to‑end machine design experience, from concept development through industrial integration
- You have proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary engineering teams and management of project scope, timelines and budgets
- In addition you have expertise in automation systems, engineering controls design and control schemes
- You have hands‑on familiarity with electromechanical, pneumatic, and industrial gas piping and delivery system design
- You have proficiency with SolidWorks 3D CAD, MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, and willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
- You possess a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, MS Engineering preferred
- Moreover, you have already gained at least 5 years of experience in managing engineering projects (PMP preferred), production support and leadership experience
- You have effective interpersonal communication skills required as incumbent interacts with all levels of company personnel globally as well as vendors and customers
