- Serve as a trusted technical leader by partnering with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that fuel growth and long-term success
- Turn customer requirements into actionable strategies by evaluating specifications, assessing risk and identifying the best coating and manufacturing solutions
- Drive product and application innovation by leading development programs, qualification efforts and commercialization of new technologies and services
- Advance operational excellence through data-driven decision making, process optimization, Lean / Six Sigma improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Enable manufacturing success by developing tooling, automation, equipment programs and technical documentation while providing hands-on troubleshooting and startup support
- Influence outcomes and deliver results by leading cross-functional collaboration and executing projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Bring your engineering expertise to life with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline and a passion for solving real-world challenges
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial processing, product development or application engineering environments
- Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, customer specifications and technical standards to drive successful outcomes
- Experience with CAD, tooling and fixture design, automation, robotics, coating equipment, and / or related manufacturing technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data, continuous improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate across functions, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders and travel as business needs require
- Experience with Python, Excel or similar data analysis and programming tools is preferred, as is exposure in automotive, aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Background in statistical analysis, process capability studies and process optimization is preferred
