Key Responsibilities
Provide project coordination and administrative support to the construction site team, including the Project Director, Construction Managers, and other key personnel.
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence to stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and document binding.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to support project needs.
Monitor and order office supplies, stationery, and equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Attend and document weekly project reviews, occasionally leading these meetings.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
5-10 years of experience in project coordination and/or administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Working Conditions
Work is conducted on-site at a construction site, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise levels, and physical hazards.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Location: Rayville, LA (Onsite)
Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
