We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler / Customer Service Coordinator to manage production schedules, customer orders, inventory, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Customer Service.
- Monitor inventory and customer forecasts.
- Manage customer purchase orders, EDI transactions, and order tracking in SAP.
- Resolve scheduling and order issues.
- Support contract reviews and ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
- Analyze production data and identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing.
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
- Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
