Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with mobility and transferring residents as needed
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in resident assessment, care planning, and implementation
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care
