Veterinary Client Service Representative

Lincoln Veterinary Clinic is a fast-paced, high-volume, small-town veterinary clinic with all the bells and whistles.

• 7 veterinary technicians

Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and respond to voicemails
• Schedule and manage a multi-doctor appointment calendar
• Check patients in and out
• Process invoices and collect payments
• Review discharge instructions with clients
• Fill prescriptions
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience required
• Basic knowledge of:
• Preventative care and vaccines
• Common pet illnesses
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Experience with Cornerstone Veterinary Software is a plus (but not required—we will train you!)
