Job Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and respond to voicemails
- Schedule and manage a multi-doctor appointment calendar
- Check patients in and out
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Review discharge instructions with clients
- Fill prescriptions
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience required
- Basic knowledge of:
- Preventative care and vaccines
- Common pet illnesses
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Experience with Cornerstone Veterinary Software is a plus (but not required—we will train you!)
