We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team part-time! As the first and last point of contact, our reception team plays a vital role in creating a positive, seamless experience for both clients and their pets.

- Greet clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and team members
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly

Schedule
