This is a role for a Property Manage at Lincoln Square. The property manager will oversee the daily operations and management of the mall, including tenant relations, facility maintenance, and lease administration. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, addressing tenant needs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving strategies for tenant satisfaction and property profitability.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Tenant relations, property oversight, & customer service skills
- Facility maintenance & vendor management skills
- Experience in lease administration & property contract management
- Strong organizational, multitasking, & problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in retail or commercial property management preferred
