Essential Functions:
- Fintech Advisory Work: Work as a partner with business, legal and enterprise risk management teams to evaluate new products and services. Work directly with fintech partners to perform due diligence on new products and services, and document reviews.
- Solution Oriented: Craft and execute innovative strategies to build and implement robust compliance programs for our fintech products. Heavy focus on not only identifying risks, but also working with stakeholders to identify solutions.
- Cross-Functional Team Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, enterprise risk management and legal, to integrate regulatory requirements seamlessly into our products and services.
- Regulatory & Risk Navigator: Lead the monitoring of evolving financial services regulations, and interface with regulatory bodies.

- You have a passion and enthusiasm for community banking (with a fintech twist) in Iowa!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in compliance, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Skills: You're a problem-solver with a strong understanding of relevant consumer protection regulations (e.g., Regulation E, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, payment regulations/reg II), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build compliance programs from the ground up.
