Position Summary:
Summer 2026 On-site Internship Opportunity. Provides support to the Information Technology department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Customer Relationship Management software.
- Help respond to users' technical needs.
- Assist with departmental projects, as well as other bank projects and activities as directed by management.
- Have a professional and positive work attitude.
- Represents the bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Participates in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting a positive involved “community image” for the bank.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Technology, IT or related field
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient typing skills along with knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, and Access)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels as well as customers
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Eager to learn and work with others
