What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician, Bilingual Liaison (Kurdish Language), 8 hrs/day, 260 days position at Lincoln Public Schools?
Strong skills in communication in both English and Kurdish and related cultural experience. Interpretation skills and the ability to build positive relationships and support the needs of students and families who are immigrants and refugees as well as school staff.
Associate Degree in education or related field required, Bachelor Degree preferred.
Work experience with refugee or immigrant students and families preferred.
Flexible schedule required. 260-day work calendar / 8 hrs per day.
Pay Rate: $21.08 per hour plus retirement, leave and benefits.
