We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a growing, diversified portfolio that includes office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties across the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for professionals who excels in operational asset management. The ideal candidate brings extensive financial and analytical capabilities, strong familiarity with lease and contract structures, in-depth understanding of loan mechanics and administration, and the ability to interpret complex documents quickly. The Asset Manager will collaborate closely with market leaders, lenders, vendors, and internal teams to enhance performance, ensure accurate reporting, and navigate the evolving dynamics of the Portland and Seattle real estate markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business plans for each asset, guiding daily operations, positioning, and long-term value creationPrepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for leadership and investorsCreate, maintain, and refine cash flow models, financial analyses, and underwriting for existing assets and capital planningMonitor asset-level financial performance, budgets, variances, and operating results to ensure NOI and revenue growthReview, interpret, and manage all leases, amendments, service contracts, and operational agreementsOversee third-party property management and leasing teams to ensure alignment with asset strategiesSupport lease negotiations and renewals across the portfolioManage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance and service qualityAdminister and monitor all loan obligations, including covenants, escrows, reserves, and recurring lender reporting requirementsEnsure timely payment of taxes, insurance, and all property-related financial obligationsCollaborate with internal market leaders, accounting, construction, and development teams on planning, budgeting, capital projects, and strategic initiativesStay current on Portland and Seattle market trends, competitive supply, rental dynamics, and economic indicatorsDevelop analytical tools and streamline reporting processes to support portfolio oversight and leadership decision-makingDesired Competency, Experience, and Skills8–10 years of experience in asset management, ideally across multiple commercial property types (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and/or multifamily)Strong financial, analytical, and underwriting skills with advanced Excel capabilitiesDeep understanding of commercial real estate finance, including leases, operating agreements, loan structures, and compliance requirementsExperience with capital planning, tenant improvements, and operational investment managementAbility to quickly interpret and summarize complex legal, financial, and contractual documentsKnowledge of the Portland and/or Seattle real estate markets, including market dynamics and competitive trendsProven ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party property management and leasing teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear reportingBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plusStrong comfort with technology for collaboration, communication, modeling, and reportingPay Range$180,000—$200,000 USDAbout Lincoln Property CompanyLincoln Property Company ("Lincoln") is one of the largest private real estate firms in the United States.
