Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is seeking an Assistant/Associate Director of Examination Services to support the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at the Orange Park, Florida campus.
This position plays an important role in maintaining the integrity and organization of the college’s examination processes by preparing, coordinating, and maintaining academic examinations for medical students. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty and academic leadership to support secure, accurate, and efficient exam administration.
Structure and Formatting
The Assistant/Associate Director of Examination Services is responsible for preparing and maintaining examinations within the academic program and assisting with processes that support the delivery of assessments across the curriculum.
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and organizing examinations for academic courses
- Maintaining examination materials and records
- Assisting with exam scheduling and coordination
- Ensuring examination processes follow institutional standards and security protocols
- Supporting faculty and staff with examination preparation and administration
- Assisting with analysis and reporting related to exam processes when needed
- Supporting the mission and educational goals of LMU-DCOM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in an examination services department or similar academic support role
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate coursework in statistics or higher-level mathematics, or verifiable experience using statistical concepts
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential academic materials
