We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Skilled Handyman to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various facilities and equipment across our properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and possesses a strong foundation in multiple trades, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, diagnose and resolve issues promptly, maintain a clear and organized workspace, communicate effectively with the Board of the Association, and the property management company, and follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set across trades
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on work status
- Ability to work indendently and as part of a team
- Experience with basic plumber, electrical, irrigation, and carpentry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
