Powering Progress Behind the Scenes—Your Future Starts in the System Join LLCC as an ERP Systems Administrator and become a key player in supporting and enhancing our Enterprise Resource Planning system, Ellucian Colleague, along with its integrations and related ITS systems.

This role is central to maintaining the digital backbone of the college, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

With a clearly defined advancement path to ERP Systems Administrator II and III , your growth is built into the role—driven by your experience and skill development.

As a staff member at LLCC , you can look forward to 23 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 15 vacation days per year.

The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education, training, experience, and skills. There is a defined advancement plan for this position.

Movement to ERP Systems Administrator II and ERP Systems Administrator III is based on time in position and skills mastered.

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of programming experience or related field OR have 3 or more years of programming experience.

Must be or become Illinois resident.

Knowledge and experience in some of the following languages:
C#, ASP . NET , JavaScript, HTML , XML , PHP , Python, and SQL . Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing environment. Team player able to work in a collaborative environment and be able to work independently with moderate supervision. Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audience. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications

1 or more years experience working in a higher education environment, with responsibilities directly involving the institution's ERP / SIS .

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Hybrid and remote work available but not required. If remote work arrangement is necessary, periodic onsite work is required. Must be Illinois resident.

Salary : $60,162 - $80,337
