We support early learners to grow through coaching, collaboration, and direct service delivery, with community partnerships focused on inclusive opportunities for all children. We help every child prepare for school-age programs by helping them become ready to learn and grow.

Qualifications
- Pennsylvania certification in PK-4 or Special Education PK-8 or PK-12, required
- Successful classroom teaching experience, preferred
- Successful experience in customer relations, preferred
Terms of Employment: Full Time - 190 days/year schedule (The Preschool Program follows a unique stretch schedule which follows a school year schedule to include days throughout the summer)
Salary: As of 7/1/2026 Bachelors minimum: $62,011.15, Masters minimum: (up to 44 credits) $66,511.15
