Job Summary
Lincoln Group is hiring a Controller for a growing multi-state, multi-site healthcare organization based in Greenville, SC. This is a hands-on, traditional Controller role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and close processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle accounting: GL, AP/AR, payroll oversight
- Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Perform and review account & bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reporting
- Support financial analysis and leadership reporting
- Lead audit preparation and ensure GAAP compliance
- Oversee all accounting and finance functions
- Manage and mentor accounting team (Senior Staff Accountants)
Systems & Tools
- NetSuite (required)
- Power BI (preferred)
- Athenahealth / EMR systems (plus)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 7–10 years of accounting experience
- Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience
- Strong experience in:
- Multi-entity / multi-state accounting
- Intercompany accounting
- Month-end close & reconciliations
- Healthcare experience a plus
