Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem
Location: Beaumont, TX
Setting: In-Patient & Out-Patient
Schedule: Flexible PRN Shifts
Lincoln Healthcare is hiring compassionate Hospice RNs for per diem opportunities with a well-established hospice provider in the Beaumont area. This role offers flexibility and meaningful work supporting patients and families during end-of-life care. Hiring for day and night shifts, from 7 am - 7 pm , and 7 pm - 7 am.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete hospice admissions, assessments, and reassessments
- Manage symptoms and implement individualized plans of care
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation, discharges, and pronouncements as needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license
- 1 year RN experience preferred
- Hospice or home health experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable transportation; ability to pass background and drug screen
