Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN / Per Diem
Pay: Up to $50 an hour
Location: Various Locations Southeast Austin
Schedule: Flexible PRN / Per Diem Shifts
About the Role:
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a behavioral health facility in Smithville, TX. This PRN opportunity is ideal for nurses with experience in detox, addiction recovery, or behavioral health who are looking for flexible scheduling and meaningful work in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in behavioral health and detox settings
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress
- Safely and accurately administer medications and treatments
- Assist with withdrawal management and detox protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and behavioral health professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold facility policies
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas
- Experience in detox, addiction recovery, or behavioral health strongly preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable to flexible PRN scheduling
