Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – PRN / Per Diem
Pay: $37-39 per hour
Location: Various Locations Southeast Austin
Schedule: Flexible PRN / Per Diem Shifts

Lincoln Healthcare is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support a behavioral health facility in Smithville, TX. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in behavioral health and detox settings
- Monitor and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Assist with withdrawal management and detox protocols under supervision
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and behavioral health staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold facility standards
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered LVN license in the state of Texas
- Prior experience in detox, addiction recovery, or behavioral health strongly preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable to flexible PRN scheduling
