What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Design Corp Trn position at Lincare?
This employee develops, creates, and implements training curriculums and development of training materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update training programs and LMS to ensure that they are current
- Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
- Meet with manager to determine resources for training
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in training
- Track record in designing and executing successful training tools and programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Strong computer and database skills
- Ability to travel required
Education and Experience:
- Experience in LMS systems and Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in Microsoft Applications, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline
- Basic experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
